Whatscope is an app that lets you get notifications every time a particular person connects to WhatsApp. It's important to keep in mind that this is a paid service that requires a subscription, and you can pay for it right in the app. You can only use it for free for 24 hours.
The way Whatscope works is simple: just enter the phone number you want to track activity for. Once you've done that, just sit back and wait. Every time that phone number goes active on WhatsApp you'll get a notification. And not just that – the app also creates a full report on connection times divided by day and week.
Whatscope is an app that merits the utmost caution when opting to use it. As usual for apps designed to 'track' other people, you need to think seriously about whether you'd like someone to do the same thing to you. Use it wisely.
Requirements (Latest version)

It never worked; I couldn't register it in any way with either of the two accounts I have, neither Hotmail nor Gmail. Perhaps it stopped working due to something legal or it was always a spyware.
